From a delicate gold-filled chain dangles a hammered gold vermeil open ring with a faceted Garnet dangling inside and a faceted Quartz Crystal dangling from the bottom.

Garnet is the birthstone for January and Quartz is the alternate birthstone for April (Diamond).
